Nel-Tech Labs' Messager®
MP3 -- The Messager®
MP3 is a state-of-the-art digital audio playback device that
is designed to provide a continuous "loop" audio source
for Telephone Message On Hold or any other audio application
where high-quality audio playback is required. Messages are
stored in the popular "MP3" format on a removable
flash media card (Message Mate) and is capable of high-quality
audio of up to 128Kbps.
Message Mate memory cards (additional cards available) can be
updated using a standard PC running Windows XP® or above.
With the Message Mate already plugged into the Messager®
simply plug the supplied USB cable from the Messager® into
an available USB port on your computer and the device will show
up as a removable drive. Once connected, files can be added
or removed by a simple drag-and-drop method. No special software
is required.
Digital Reliability
Since the digital circuitry has no moving parts, playback is
extremely reliable.
Output!
Two output jacks provide the industry standard 600 ohm and 8
ohm jacks.
Audio Sustains Loss of
Power
Since your audio file(s) is stored on the non-volatile Message
Mate memory card, should you lose power to the Messager®
MP3, audio is intact upon power return. |
Maximum Ease of Use (updating
messages)
Just plug the supplied USB/USB cable from the Messager®
MP3 into your computer's USB port and "Drag and Drop"
your updated MP3 file(s) to it or delete old files.
Compatibility
The Messager® MP3 is compatible with any telephone system
that has a Music/Message On Hold interface or Music/Message
Audio Input, as well as any paging or amplifer system needing
continous playback, including Point Of Purchase Displays.
